Emma Taveri
Owner and Founder of Destination Makers, a boutique consultancy company focused on territorial marketing and innovative social impact marketing campaigns. Emma develops creative, sustainable and smart destinations with a specific interest for the “possible change” in the remotest locations. She has an international background in the travel sector
as she worked for TripAdvisor and for the World Travel Market. In 2014 she founded
Destination Makers, well known for the marketing campaign Recharge in Nature that became a case study with 19 million applications from all over the world. She coordinates the BTO scientific committee, she created Sea Working, the first campaign to attract talents and digital nomads in Italy and she has also covered the role of Council Member for
Tourism, Territorial Marketing, Creativity and International Cooperation in Brindisi.

Destination Manager for Val di Sole Tourism Board. His career path covered the areas of
marketing, travel management and tourism management. In 2011 and for 3 years, he
covered the role of Destination Manager in Valle del Chiese (a location in Trentino region).
Afterwards, he took the responsibility of a nascent DMO in Budoni (Sardinia). Finally, he went back to the Trentino region and became the General Manager of Val di sole Tourism Company.
